Noodles
UrbanLab collaborated with Thirst to design, prototype and test the future of Noodles, a publicly traded, fast-casual restaurant chain, with over 450 locations nationally.
Noodles commissioned UrbanLab to create a design system to both renovate existing stores and create new ones. The system comprises a set of elements (including wallpaper, lighting, flooring, and furniture) that can be mixed and matched per location requirements. To date, more than 20 stores have been renovated using this system.
